Whether you're booking a custom holiday, hotel stay, transportation, excursion, or a special event, your satisfaction is always our top priority. While we are required to follow the cancellation policies of our service partners, we always strive to minimize any inconvenience or financial loss for you wherever we can.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be initiated by the customer or their authorized representative. The cancellation charges will be calculated based on the time remaining before the scheduled departure date.

Standard Cancellation Charges

Important Note: If any hotel or service booked under your package has a special cancellation policy, we will inform you during the booking process. Otherwise, the above standard policy will apply. In all cases, we will always try our best to minimize your losses.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy mentioned above. Please note the following points regarding refunds:

  • All refunds will be processed to the original source of payment
  • Refunds are processed without interest
  • Refunds are subject to deductions as per the cancellation policy
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7-14 working days from the date of cancellation approval
  • Bank or payment gateway charges may apply in certain cases

Note: Special event bookings, festival packages, and peak season bookings may have different cancellation policies which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with our service providers to offer the best possible solution, which may include:

  • Rescheduling your trip to a later date
  • Issuing travel credits for future use
  • Partial refunds based on recoverable amounts from service providers

Medical Emergencies

For genuine medical emergencies, please contact us immediately with supporting medical documents. We will review your case on humanitarian grounds and work with our partners to find a suitable solution.

Amendment Policy

If you wish to amend your booking (change dates, hotels, or services), please note:

  • Amendment requests are subject to availability
  • Amendment charges may apply based on the changes requested
  • Price differences will apply if the new arrangement is more expensive
  • If the new arrangement is cheaper, the difference will be refunded after deducting amendment charges
  • Amendment requests made within 7 days of travel may not be possible
