Refunds for all services will be processed within 7 days.

Please note that there will be no refund for unutilized services unless explicitly specified. All cancellation and amendment charges are governed by the policies of the respective service providers, over which Explore Madhya Pradesh has no control, and you will be subject to those charges.

Governing Policy

All legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute arising under this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India, and the decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on all parties. For any disputes requiring judicial intervention, the courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that any violation or attempted violation of this User Agreement and these Terms and Conditions may cause irreparable harm to Explore Madhya Pradesh, the exact amount of which would be difficult to determine and for which there is no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you agree that Explore Madhya Pradesh shall be entitled, as a matter of right, to seek an injunction from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain such violation or attempted violation by you, or your affiliates, partners, or agents. You also agree to reimburse Explore Madhya Pradesh for any costs or expenses incurred in obtaining such an injunction, including reasonable attorney fees. No bond or other security shall be required in connection with such an injunction.

Termination

Explore Madhya Pradesh may terminate this User Agreement, these Terms and Conditions, and/or the provision of any services at any time, for any reason, including improper use of this website or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Such termination will not affect any legal or equitable rights to which Explore Madhya Pradesh and its third-party providers or distributors may be entitled. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, all rights granted to you will immediately terminate and revert to Explore Madhya Pradesh and its third-party providers or distributors, as applicable.
